2022 NCSIP Network Conference

North Carolina Department of Public Instruction

Type: In-House Design Project
Role: Lead Designer
Tools Used: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word

Overview:
I served as the lead designer for the 2022 NCSIP Network Conference, developing a complete visual identity around the theme “People, Purpose, Passion: The Pathway to Success.” The project supported a three-day event for educators and administrators, hosted by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI).

Objective:
Design cohesive materials to support conference goals related to reading and math instruction, leadership development, and data-driven practices. The materials needed to be engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with NCDPI branding.

Approach:
I created a full suite of print and digital assets, including event signage, agendas, bookmarks, stamp cards, PowerPoint templates, digital nametags, website banners, and editable Word templates. Consistent use of color and layout helped unify the visual identity and made the materials easy to navigate.

Outcome:
The final materials were well-received and effectively supported a smooth, professional experience for attendees. This project demonstrated my ability to lead branding for a multi-day event and deliver high-impact design across formats on deadline.
