Items under "Commissions" are painted to customer order/requirements and currently have a despatch time of 21-28 working days (excl. Bank Holidays). All artwork in this category comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Items under "Stock Artwork to Buy" are shipped for delivery the NEXT day if ordered before 12 noon. All artwork in this category comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. These are usually the original paintings produced to create the online images.

All deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm Mon-Fri and a signature is required upon receipt. If you have to go out at the last minute please leave a SIGNED note on the door to tell the courier where to leave the parcel, i.e. Neighbour etc.

PLEASE NOTE I USE REPUTABLE COURIERS AND THEY CAN'T CALL CUSTOMERS FOR JUST ANY REASON. WE ADVISE DELIVERY DATES IN PLENTY OF TIME AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

Every piece of artwork is packaged securely with bubble wrap, strong cardboard and parcel tape in a cardboard box marked FRAGILE. This is included in the postage cost. Despite the precautions taken I do strongly advise and require all my buyers to purchase insurance.

Payment Instruction:

PAYPAL is my preferred method but I will also accept bankers draft and personal cheque. These should be made payable to 'S M Rana' . However, funds must be in POUNDS STERLING and delivery will not take place until these funds have cleared which can take up to 5 working days.

Returns Policy: If an item is returned to me in its original condition I will offer a full refund, no quibble, excluding the postage and packaging costs. However, to qualify for the refund I require that: a) You send all items back using our approved courier

Any problems with any part of an order must be reported to me within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Saturday.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

a) You inform me within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).

b) You return the item(s) within 14 days.

c) Goods are returned in the condition you received them in and in the original packaging.

Damages:

Full refunds or exhanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify me within 24 hours of the item arriving. For weekend deliveries, you may leave a message on my answerphone or email sarah@smr-creative.com

I advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery.

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of this website / marketing material are and will remain the property of SMR Creative. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.

By using this site you agree that you have been authorized by the owner of any images you upload, email or post to SMR Creative, to make and use a reproduction onto other media using their image(s).
