I have seen a painting on your site but the size I want isn’t quoted?

I can create any painting in any size you wish. See 'size options' for more selections, if the size is not there please contact me with your requirements.

Can I change the colours on any of the paintings?

Yes, just email the painting number and state that you would like to change colour and I will contact you to discuss them.

What does 40x16x1.4 inch canvas mean?

It means the canvas is 40 inches wide x 16 inches high x 1.4 inches deep.

I find it hard to explain exactly what I want, will you be able to help me?

Of course, I will guide you as much as you want me too. Colour and design is my speciality.

I'm not really sure what size canvas will best suit my space, how do I decide?

I have experience with painting artwork for personal commissions after visiting their hosting interior spaces and together with my design background I will be able to assist you on this. Just give me an idea of the room the painting is going in and I will make recommendations.

What if you send me a picture of my finished painting and the colours or style isn't right?

I will continue to work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your painting.

Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one painting?

I discount on postage, you only pay for one painting and the rest are free to the UK. If you are buying more than 3 paintings please contact me for discounts.

Who is Paypal, and do I need a Paypal account to make an online payment?

Paypal is a secure online payment facility that allows you to purchase items using a Credit or Debit Card. Our shopping cart uses 128bit encryption to keep your details safe. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment.

Can I pay any other way?

Certainly, I accept cheque payments, please see my payments policy for more details.

Why is delivery £19 for the UK?

I pay a reputable courier to collect and deliver your painting to ensure it arrives to you safely. I make no money on postage cost, in fact this covers only the postage and the packaging.

Can I collect in person?

That is no problem at all, we can arrange a date that best suits you.

Can I request my painting to be delivered on a particular day?

Certainly, just let me know which day would best suit you, Saturday deliveries are extra. Please see delivery table for prices.

I was told my painting would arrive today but it hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Unfortunately sometimes despite booking your painting to arrive the day I have informed you it would, on the odd occasion the courier may be late in which case it should arrive the following day, however if you have any doubts please contact me.

How long will it take?

Original Painted Stock Artwork: Approx 3 - 5 working days from date of order and I only stock what is available for sale in this section. Commissions: 21-28 working days from date of order. All artwork is hand painted to order by Sarah. Please be aware that any painting can be produced in any size and colour, hence the waiting times. Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?

Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Paypal.

Personal cheques to 'S M Rana' are also accepted.
